Our main goal is to use accurate and effective performance evaluation systems to ensure that our employees work with high performance data, to support their development with the necessary trainings, to keep internal motivation constantly alive by rewarding success in the right way, to help them develop themselves in terms of competencies by drawing development and career maps together. In-service trainings are organized for our existing and new employees, which will provide them with experience in their work and take firm steps forward in their careers. Up-to-date information on the subject is given to candidates who have recently joined the team and staff, and information deficiencies are corrected.
